All individuals appearing in the content you upload must be fully informed and have given their explicit consent to appear.
You should not upload content that includes images, photos, videos, or audio of third parties unless they are also Authorized Persons in your OnlySafe account.
If you upload jointly authored content, such as prepared collaborations, you must obtain the necessary license or consent from the other content authors, sufficient to allow it to be available on OnlySafe.
The content, even if co-authored, will only be paid to the account of the person who uploaded the content, regardless of whether the other co-authors have an account on OnlySafe or not.
All profit distribution is an independent agreement between the involved parties, and OnlySafe is not involved in this distribution.
By uploading co-authored content, you accept that all claims that may arise from the co-authored content will be directed to the creator(s) who published said content, as appropriate.
