Why haven't my funds arrived?

If your withdrawal request has not reached your account, please check its status in the 'Payments' section. Here are the different states your withdrawal can be in:

  • Pending: you have requested the withdrawal of funds, and it will be processed within the management times of the method you have selected.
  • In process: our payments department is working on it, and the transfer will be executed soon.
  • Paid: you can see on which date our payments department carried out this procedure. The money should arrive in your account shortly, depending on the selected withdrawal method.

If your payment has exceeded the management time and is still 'Pending', or if it appears as 'Paid' and you have not received it, write a ticket to Support with detailed information, and we will help you.
